Today, on June 16, Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi starrer Bank Chor has been released at the box-office. The movie is produced by Ashish Patil and directed by Bumpy. As the film’s name suggests, it can be a story based on a burglary and it is also true.
I am not going to give any lengthy review of this film because the film has wasted enough of my time and I do not want to waste your time by watching the review of Bank Chor. I don’t know why I felt that I might like the story, but I could have liked the movie or story only when a little more work had been done on the story.
The screenplay is tremendous, being sarcastic, don’t know what Bumpy tries to show in the film. His direction is awful and he also hangs his leg into the screenplay, which didn’t leave the film worthy of being called a thriller or a comedy.
We are unable to understand Riteish’s comedy, Vivek has done such kind of roles earlier too so there is nothing new. Riteish badly roasted in the first half and in the second half it is can be little bearable.
Riteish’s character has been tried to prove to be a vicious thief and an angel, and the way in which all efforts have been made to establish it looks funny. Mr. Bumpy needs a lot of training to learn filmmaking.
Rhea Chakraborty was also okay in the film, which couldn’t be expected from the actress who shows her talent in the movie like Sonali Cable. It is useless to talk about music and cinematography, let’s end the review here.
The movie is totally rubbish and my overall rating for this film is 1.5 out of 5. Hope you liked my review and will be back soon next week with another movie review, till then take care and don’t forget to like, share, comment and subscribe to my channel.
