Ache din aaye kya? Have good days arrive? Every countryman, except the devotees (Bhakts), is asking this question. But they are unable to find the right answer. Come-on, when the Prime Minister himself is saying that the good days have come then we should accept it. But there are people who are not ready to believe. Nothing happens with the Prime Minister’s say. The heart is saying that no good thing can be seen so far.
Since the Modi government has come in the center the people of the country have not seen any glimpse of good days. But yes of course, they have seen demonetisation, GST, inflation, unemployment and have seen best of lies and fake promises. Jan-Dhan account, Digital India, Make In India, Skill India, Start-Up India and God knows what all. The series is not over yet, many more India can come in future.
There are many decisions that sound very good and seems to be great, but those decisions do not help much as they seem so. Actually, Modi government has blabbered so much, which automatically makes a common man’s mind dull and he becomes unable to think beyond that ongoing scenario. Full page advertisements are printed in newspapers, on those advertisements big-big claims have been made. Announcements, openings and new slogans have been made.
In the morning, these printed achievements have been tweeted by all the ministers, leaders, activists and party spokesmen. Things which have been left gets completed by Media. This kind of news took the social media by storm and it seems a lot of work has been done and going on in this country.
But the reality is not the same. Good days has come or not, let’s start testing it with inflation. What kind of difference has came in inflation, nothing? The prices of oil, ghee, flour, pulses and rice have increased. If anything is left to take a sigh of relief, GST came into existence. From shroud till medicines, GST is on everything, that to be unaccountable. The loss of oil companies on petrol-diesel is not only finished but now they are earning a lot of profit. Despite, the price of petrol-diesel has not reduced and also kept under the purview of GST.
A lot of talks was going on about black money, Yog Guru Ramdev had seen the black money in his dream. But not even a single penny from the black money has returned. Let’s not talk about returning, the government has no information that how much of black money is in the foreign countries. What did he say? Brothers and sisters, every Indian will get 15 lakhs each in their accounts. Now he is saying, that whatever he said was due to elections.
We don’t know, whether corruption increases or decreases, but we know that three and a half years of Modi government is completed and no one knows about the Lokpal in the country. Daily encounter happening on the border between Pakistani terrorists and Indian soldiers. Indian soldiers are martyred, but Prime Minister Modi, who sworn to kill 10 Pakistani soldiers in exchange for one, now says that the matter will be settled by embracing them not killing. What can be a bigger heap than this?
What is the reality of good days? GDP has come down to the lower level and industrial growth has almost come to an end. What about cleaning Ganga campaign? Lakhs and crores of money have been drained off like water to make the Clean India Campaign a success. Ganga remains the same as before- dirty. Just remember what Modiji has said, that Mother Ganga has called me. But after winning the election, Modiji haven’t even asked the well-being of his Ganga Maa.
The arduous job of Clean India campaign is still on with broom, banner, posters, and selfies with film celebrity. The streets, roads, sewer, etc are themselves giving the evidence of what the truth is. In the case of starvation, unemployment, poverty, and suicides, the country is constantly going up. Opportunities of employment are going down instead of increasing.
In many big sectors, the speed of development has almost stopped. In the first quarter of the year, January- March, construction has remained up to 3.7 percent as compared to 6 percent in the same period last year. The growth rate of the bank has been reduced to 2.2 percent, as compared to 7 to 13 percent in the first quarter last year. In 2016, business, hotel, transport, communications all were running well at the rates of 12.8 percent, while the pace of running has decreased to 6.5 percent.
Another good attempt was demonetisation, in the name of Good Days. What does our country get from demonetisation? Remember, Modi Ji, who showed 56-inch chest, gave a speech to 1.35 billion people in a revolutionary style, has anything got proved true today, from that revolutionary speech. The motive of goalpost demonetisation- has any point mentioned in the latest report of the Reserve Bank? No, not at all.
Inverse, everyone seems to understand that it seems to be a very big hodgepodge happened. More than 96 percent of currency came back into the system. That means all the black money has been converted into white. Fake notes printed in Pakistan has also been submitted into the banks. The terror of Naxalites and terrorist still continues and cash has returned to the market again.
In the latest reports of RBI, it is clearly written that due to demonetisation country suffered heavy losses. As a result, India’s good running economy is now forced to hold buffalo’s tail and walk at the same pace.
