Even the movie haven’t gone on floors and start building rumours around it. There have been rumours that Deepika Padukone has been signed in the movie as the leading lady of superstar Rajinikanth.
When a follower on Twitter tweets to confirm the news, director Pa Ranjith has rubbished this news and confirmed that the actress has not been cast in his next movie.
Deepika had earlier worked with the actor in Kochadaiiyan, which was directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter and was the India’s first motion captured film. According to reports, Radhika Apte or Vidhya Balan’s name are coming up for the role of the lead actress.
Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie 2.0 also star Akshay Kumar in lead negative role and the film will be released in October.
